This has everything I needed and everything works like a charm THIS also fixed my posture in like 7 days. Y'all go for ts it's fire and it feels quite sturdy even while jumping on it (I do that to test) and the color is the exact i ordered white and grey and they look cool (if they had a full white option I would've given ts 7 stars).

Worst Warranty and Quality of chair
Within 4 months this backrest problem occurred in my chair, and when i asked to repair in warranty then the company said these is not covered in warranty if you want it to be repaired you have to pay the charges for backrest @5089/-

However, the lumbar support is mostly decorative and may not suffice for those with back problems. Nevertheless, it remains an excellent ergonomic option for most people. Assembly is straightforward and clearly explained in the manual. It occupies about the same footprint as a standard office chair, except it’s taller because of the headrest. Tilt mechanism works smoothly.

Great chair
The chair is really good. I especially love the multi lock system and it was the main reason I ordered this chair. I had gotten the wakefit chair before this but they had absolute nightmare of a customer service and delivered a used chair. This chair is quite comfortable and with the adjustable lumbar support and the shoulder pads. Assembly of the chair was also easy enough, it came with the handles attached. So had to only screw in the back and wheel base and headrest. Locking angles for me was the most important as I sit in a 120 degree angle. Locking mechanism and chair lift functions are smooth and easy to use. There is also a seat slider function which works smoothly but I dont use it so cannot comment more on that. Customer serivce was also prompt on reaching out after the delivery for confirmation and warranty related information.
