I am so happy with this purchase! My back pain subsided significantly while using this on my office chair. It is very comfortable and holds its shape very well. I also definitely appreciate the adjustable elastic band which can be used to keep it in place.

This is nothing like how the sponsor video from youtube described it
I remember the woman in the sponsored YouTube channel saying that it supports the lumbar and it reminds you to keep your back straight. But after I bought it, it doesn't remind me to keep my back straight at all, because it's "memory foam" so it adjusts to my back, it's comfy, though.
