Saved my squats after an MCL sprain
Yo, I tweaked my MCL going too heavy on squats. I needed something that could handle weight but still let me move. This brace is legit. Comfort is way better than I expected for a hinged brace – thick padding where it matters and the velcro doesn’t dig into my calf. Value for money is crazy good; my gym buddy paid triple for a big-name brace that does the same thing. Functionality shines – the adjustable pegs let me limit depth so I don’t reinjure myself, and the hinge moves smooth. Quality is obvious – aluminum frame, sturdy stitching, extra parts included. Durability has been great after two months of heavy use. For anyone coming back from a sprain who still wants to lift, this is a no-brainer.

This brace will tear your joints apart if your bow-legged
One major factor they failed to mention with this brace. People with bow legs will have their joints torn apart if you are bone on bone. I wear this brace for 5 minutes in my entire legs swelled up in major pain.

Excellent support. Well made.
The pads that help prevent it from slipping down during play are very helpful. Excellent support , and I showed it to my orthopedist and he thought is was a very good choice. It has the hard bracing ghat he required. I have been playing Ultimate Frisbee hard with it for a year and it seems very well made.

Excellent medical knee brace for the right knee only; be careful of sizing
I have a meniscus root tear and wanted to try this brace before my surgery. This is an excellent brace but it required me to read the insert to ensure correct installation. Unfortunately, this brace is a size large for the right leg only. I actually needed an extra-large for my right leg based on the size chart. I was able to get this on my right leg, although the calf area was a bit tight. I tried this on my left leg, but it did not go on or feel right at all. I actually thought this was for both legs originally, but I guess it is only for the right leg based on the Amazon title. This includes the brace, two sheets of both flexion (back; has one notch) and extension (front; has two notches) pegs, additional foam pads, one additional small Velcro strap, and two screwdrivers with screws, plug-in stops, buckles, etc. I undid all the front and back straps and inserted my leg in the device as instructed. Unfortunately, it was a tight fit for me because I needed an XL brace. Nevertheless, I still got the gist of the way this works. This brace is very supportive and allows various extension/flexion ranges based on the pegs installed. It is well padded and has silicone lines on the interior foam to help prevent slippage. This may require assistance to attach to the leg. The current price of $156.11 ($169.69 minus 8%) is pricey for this but is expected based on the quality and additional pieces provided. I do wish this was interchangeable for both legs, however.

Quality, well engineered product for knee stabilization post trauma or post surgery. See video!
this is a quality designed/engineered device that you tailor to fit your leg aligned with the pivot point axis of your knee to restrict leg extension or flexion to enable your body to heal faster post trauma or surgery. The brace (out of the package) allows you to flex your knee backwards to basically touch the rear of your thigh and to extend parallel with your femur. The brace includes additional "metal pegs" with single or double pegs on them to limit the amount of flexion/extension based on degrees in their design which you change out by removing the side screw/s on the side of the axis plate at the knee and replace with those me in line with your need to increase/decrease movement. I got a large (~ 17-20 inches). Also comes with additional straps and soft parts to increase comfort around the knee.

The best of this style of “indexed” knee braces I have encountered
Before starting I would encourage everyone to watch the great video review posted by the reviewer “Charles”; he does a really good job! I have tried and reviewed a number of knee braces that are “indexed”, i.e., the user can independently set the maximum degrees of both knee flexion and extension. There are basically 2 categories of these “indexed” braces: 1) the degrees of knee flexion and extension are done using a built-in dialing system, and 2) this type that requires small pieces of metal (of varying degrees) are screwed in place by the user. I prefer the first type with the dialing system, but these are my favorite in their category because: 1) It has a sturdy but lightweight aluminum alloy frame ..2) There are 6 Velcro attachment belts; 3 on the front and 3 on the rear of the leg ..3) The tiny pieces of metal that set the degrees have (2) storage pads (easier not to lose) ..4) Extra parts including 6 cushioned pads, 2 frame caps, and an extra strap ..5) The box and bag are very basic / plain but good enough for storage While I prefer the other style as noted above, to me these are worthy of 5 stars. Again, make sure to take a look at the great video review posted by the reviewer “Charles”.
