Definitely works! But not quite yet.
This product is great! It’s not as powdery as I was hoping, but it works the way we need it to. I use it to make a maple sugar glaze for some deserts. I’ve been trying to figure out a way to make frosting without powdered sugar & so far, this is a great alternative, however, It doesn’t really hold shape the way typical frosting does. If I ever Figure it out, I’ll post my recipe here haha It’s definitely a great alternative than normal sugar though & it’s not as addicting as normal sugar. The maple flavor is really strong so if you’re into that, then this would work great for you!

Maple Sugar is great in Oatmeal and Sugar Cookies
I love this Maple Sugar! It’s great in oatmeal, I like to add a little bit to baked beans. It gives a little bit of zip to sugar cookies. It would be a great sugar substitute for a great many things. Just give it a try.

"Soft and smooth and legit maple flavor in my coffee"...
I use maple sugar for baking, coffee and more. This texture is SOFT and SMOOTH and powdery but doesn't leave "maple dust clouds" like some others. It has a texture almost like a whey protein. It dissolves well and sniffs nicely. It is being added to my short list of maple sugars. The SNIFF is great, and the taste is great. This will be my go-to moving forward if available and the value is there.

Great for baking—cookies, cakes and frosting. Delicious and nice consistency. You won’t regret this purchase! Great for people with tummy issues and can’t have sugar cane (like me!)

I purchased this thinking it might be the flavoring I needed for a maple black tea. That plan didn't work (I would have had to use too much for my liking-- not fond of sweet tea), but my nephew (10 years) loved the taste of a pinch. A great sweetener when a maple taste is desired. :) I can and will add it to oatmeal or baked goods.
