Easy to assemble but note: most of the screws require Allen wrench, hex shape head. Couldn’t use my drill as I did not have the required bit or driver so used the enclosed wrench provided in the package. A bit tedious but easily doable. The result exceeded my expectations, seriously sturdy and attractive, I’ve already received compliments.

I spent over an hour trying to assemble the step stool. Just after redoing several things multiple times, I had to turn the stool for the next part and the side piece snapped in half. Pretty disappointing. I think whoever makes this stool should actually LABEL every single piece before shipping as I had to guess the whole process, attach parts, then unattach them, then reattach them, and then try again. Only to have one side break. I sent it back.

Excellent quality. Gave it only 4 stars because the instructions could be better. But saying that, this piece will be very helpful to us. Excellent quality.

These steps stools are have very pretty wood grain and color. They are sturdy and easy to put together. I couldn't have made this for less than I paid for it. I liked the first 2-step stool so much that I bought another one. I wish Tinamo made even more products for home and outdoors than they do currently . (and yes, I'm an actual customer).
