There are 2 bags included with different materials, one is made of fine mesh and one is cotton made. the bags are well made and work fine. I use it to strain the nuts to make nut milk. I guess it will work just fine with soup and stock. It is easy to wash so I can use it for stock without worrying that it will transfer the smell of chicken stock into my almond milk. Will try next time.

It is described as a bag with round bottom on both bags yet one is not and completely inferior material.I wa dissapointed not to receive the item as described and ordered.

I ordered a two pack bag which I bought before and got a pack of one with bamboo straws . That is not what I ordered .
