This dehydrator is a beast. It’s solid and doesn’t wobble on the counter. It is as attractive as it is functional. The controls are simple and easy to set. The trays are well made and slide smoothly in and out of the unit. The interior and exterior have smooth edges throughout making it extremely quick and easy to clean after use. Very quiet when in use. It’s an excellent dehydrator for jerky, fruit, herbs, etc. It’s 12 tray capacity and ability to dehydrate quicker than other models make this a huge time saver. Heats evenly and consistently. You can use timers or preset programming to suit your needs. Very user friendly.

This Dehydrator works very well. I've used it twice now to make deer jerky. Dehydrator is big enough to make a large batch of jerky ,( 7 and 1/2 pounds of meat sliced 3/16 thick) but not to big to fit on countertop. It has 2 fans to circulate warm air , 9 trays and a few other things. The best thing is that i can set the programmable temperature at 165 and timer for 9 1/2 hours . Dehydrator will then turn off and not over do jerky if i have to leave. The 9 trays are small enough to fit in sink to clean if anything would stick to them. Also this unit is 1000 watts most others are 600. I would of gave this item a 10 star review but 5 is as high as you can give. Over all , size , functions, accessories, ease of use, clean up , price and warranty......... you can't go wrong. I would recommend this dehydrator to anyone , its Fantastic !

We have been using our dehydrator for about 2 months now and have probably dehydrated 75 pounds of apples. It seems to dehydrate them evenly. I think it is due to the "2" fans in the back to circulate the air. I like the fact it remembers the same settings from the previous session. Also if you have to interrupt it and shut it off it will pick up where it left off when you turn it back on. The product has racks and the unit itself are stainless steel. The unit is compact for its volume and not too heavy. I highly recommend this.

Love this dehydrator! The 9 trays give you lots of space for your food. Controls are very easy. 4 stars because it was missing the Fruit Roll tray and the 2 mesh sheets. Those weren't a great deal to me since I already have some, but if it is advertised to be included, then it should be.

Works like it should, haven't had any issues, seems to be of good quality. The design of the machine allows for good air flow throughout. We sometimes use silicone trays on all the racks at once and it dries well. The noise level isn't bad, just the sound of the fans running. The supplied dehydrator guide is helpful and accurate with the times for food being dehydrated.

It is easy to use - just set the time and temp.It is roomy.The fans do a good job of even heating so all the jerky is done at the same time.For the price a great value.

Purchased this dehydrator to preserve fruits and vegetables from our garden. Super simple to setup, use and clean. Great air flow for even heating and dehydrating. Overall i have been very happy with the product and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dehydrator for household use.

My two very old dehydrators' trays were all cracked, warped, and sagging, and they get lots of use on the farm. It made it hard to do any fruit leather anymore, and we had a bumper crop of plums this year. It was going to cost as much to replace the old plastic and screen trays in the old units than buying this unit. The 9 all stainless steel trays are great, and the unit worked very well. For plum leather, I blended 2 qts of pitted Santa Rosa plums with a cup of sugar, and a bit of salt. I put plastic wrap on the tray, and sprayed it with release spray, then poured the puree on the plastic wrap on the tray. I spread it a bit with a silicone spatula to the edges, but it mostly self levels. Ten hours later at 145F, perfect leather. Cut it up into strips with the plastic still on it, roll it with the plastic, and perfect plum leather rolls. The plastic peels off easily when you eat it. The 12" trays work great with the 12" wide plastic wrap... so easy. The controls are easy, and the two fans inside seem to provide more even air flow than the single fan units. Can't wait to make another batch of pork loin jerky in it... slice port loin into ~1/2 slices, then pound it flat to the desired jerky thickness, slice to desired width, marinate it, and throw it in the dehydrator. Pounding the pork loin makes it tender, and the pork really takes on the flavor of the marinades better than other meats... plus it's cheap.
