Perfect length for cutting breads. Razor sharp and works like a charm. My wife uses it to cut up her breads and cakes that she sells and it works great for her, easy to use. Looks great and come with a box to store it in.

I needed a new bread knife to cut my home madesourdough loaves. The combination of chewy crust and tender crumb is a challenge for any knife. I am SO HAPPY with the Shanzu bread knife. It slices clean, with no squishing, or tearing.

Seems sturdy. Looks attractive. Is sharp, but not as sharp as expected. When used to butterfly chicken breast it cut very well, but testing it by slicing tomato, took several tries.In summary, for the price is a decent knife.

This product is a superb knife for skinning fish. It has great flexibility and is razor sharp so beware using it carelessly. Great add to our knife assortment.

Good rugged looking and feeling knife. The blade isn't quite as flexible as some but if you want a handsome knife this is the one!
