Very useful and good quality product
I purchased this heating pad for home use and I am really happy with its performance. It is very easy to use and there is no need to fill water since it already contains gel inside. You just need to charge it for about 7–10 minutes and it stays warm for a long time. It provides instant pain relief and the heat level is comfortable. The quality of the product is very good, with no leakage issues. The cord length is also sufficient, which makes it convenient to use. The fabric feels soft and safe for regular use. Overall, this is a value-for-money product and I would highly recommend it for back pain, muscle pain, or cramps. Suitable for elders as well as adults.

Don't buy this
This is the condition of the product in one month. In second week of buying it's heating capacity decreased, it never would get warm and last night also torn apart. Above it all there's no return only exchange and the exchange product is as bad as well, so I'm confirming that i didn't get a faulty item, all of their items are faulty since it's my fourth time in two months. It's Bad quality product, Don't buy it for your own safety.

Convenient Electric Heating Bag
The electric heating format is convenient compared with manually filling a traditional hot-water bag. The included charging cord makes it practical to use when a warm compress is needed. Pros: Electric heating, reusable, convenient Cons: Needs access to electricity for heating
