Q: Does this have Ethernet port?

No Inseego's M1000 does not have an ethernet port. It has a USB-C port for charging. The user manual states that the USB-C port can be used to provide "internet over USB-C". However, a USB-C port is not an Ethernet port. It is not clear if you could use a USB-C to Ethernet adapter to this port. Regardless, you lose the charging capability to the hotspot if you use the USB-C port for internet communications.

Q: does this work with spectrum which uses verizon?

It works with any SIM card, as it if fully unlocked device

Q: Is this carrier free? Do you have a link listing all supported 5G and 4G network bands?

No you must buy access through Verizon wireless

Q: Can i take my sim card from my current mifi and install in this one without talking to verizon?
