This is an excellent value and extremely tasty! Both my husband and I really love them. These may be sugar free but they sure taste like candy,—SO happy to have found them here on Amazon.

Winter blues hits my fam really hard. For some reason my hubby and kiddos can’t hold on to the wondrous sunshine vitamin and ends up with seasonal depression. I hold on to it just fine so they end up just irritating me with their super Eyore attitudes. I force fed them these vitamins for about a week and noticed a HUGE difference. They did too and ended up making sure they didn’t leave the house in the morning without one.

I no longer am vitamin deficient and the gummies taste good

Vitamin D is important to healthy bones and heart. But if you take it, you should also make certain your k2 level is also adequate. The nutrients work much better together. Even though I live in sunny Texas, my vitamin d level is naturally woefully low unless I take a supplement. My bloodwork confirms that these gummies work. Bottomline— I need a vitamin d supplement. I don’t need to take my supplemental vitamin D in gummy form. Let’s be real, however, no supplement, no matter how masterfully formulated, works if you “forget” to take it. I don’t forget to take these great tasting gummies.

I am so pleased to find this combination of great vitamins (including the type and source) in one place and added benefit of being a gummy. I am now ablle to replace 5 capsules with one tasty gummy. I have very low levels of all these vitamin and very high levels of homocysteine ( not good). Plus a MTHFR snp which adversely affects methylation pathways, and high levels of inflamation and free radicals. I have never been able to correct any of these problems, so I am extremely pleased to try this supplement. I will give it 90 days and see if any of this has changed with my next blood test, very hopeful!

These are really good tasting. It's surprising they are sugar-free! I like the vitamins included in the gummies.
