I like the round, compact, clean design Center button to change flash patterns and for on and off. It detaches from bracket easily. Bracket held by rubber O rings which may weaken over time. Nice little unit.

This rear facing bike light definitely falls into the category of having pluses and minuses. It is packed with useful features and is intuitive to use. There is an elegant charge indicator ring that shows when the light is fully charged. The outer ring of light has several patterns, including a propeller type pattern, that is very eye catching. At night, you are sure to be noticed. Not so much during the day. I also like how the battery lasts as long as specified. The 8 hours in “breathing” mode is an underestimate. It can go longer. Some negatives include that key parts of the light, such as all parts of the mounting bracket, are thin plastic. The plastic part used to attach the light to your bike seat is so thin you can snap it with your hands. Instructions also tell you to mount it with zip ties… not great. I’m also very unsure if it is water resistant, as the light just looks like press fit plastic parts. This is an excellent and fully featured light for a good price, but if you just purchased a carbon fiber bicycle, this may disappoint.

This standard-sized tail light (or rear light) is way cool! It charges quickly on the provided cord, giving you a green light when it is ready to go. It shines with a regular, bright red light, but if you push the middle button, it will begin to blink red on and off. Another push of the button and you get less of a flashing light and more of a pulsating red light. Another push, and you get what looks like Morse code signals, two flashes at a time. The next push brings a rotating red light, and the push after that brings a kind of kaleidoscopic red light. T he push after that turns it off. You can really stylize the look of this tail light. Assembly for mounting appears to be easy, but you have to figure it out. There are no helpful instructions on that point that I found. The light is encased in aluminum, and it is waterproof. I think it's a great little safety addition to a bike--and it is fun besides!

This tail light does a good job of providing extra safety lighting for when you’re on your bike. The light itself is red, and moderately bright. It is not as bright as some lights I have gotten in the past, but it does the trick. It’s a little smaller than I wanted it to be. This would work best for a kids bike, rather than an adult bike, where you want to be very visible, especially at night. What I like: The light comes with a variety of different ways to install it. There are durable rubber bands, zip ties, and a little clip, so you should be able to install this on almost any type of bike. You also have the option to install it on the seat support bar, or your rear basket. I also like that you can easily twist the light off of the mounting clip so you can easily recharge it. The light comes with a USB-C cable so you can recharge it. I haven’t tested the limits of how long the light lasts, but it at least lasts for my normal, 20 minute bike ride. It’s easy to take the light off and recharge it. You can get a pretty decent charge in about an hour, although I usually charge it longer, just in case. The light has a variety of settings. You can set it to have a solid light, blinking light, a light that goes around in a circle, and a few other. I honestly don’t use the other settings much, just the blinking or solid. You turn the light on and off by pressing the button in the middle. You press the button once to change the light settings. Overall, this light is decent quality. I do wish it were a little bigger and brighter. Any light will help with visibility, so this is better than nothing. However, it works best for a smaller bike. I don’t know that I would trust this light for a longer bike ride when it is very dark.

There are plenty of rear bike lights available and,, while this doesn't stand out as a star, it is very good and should be a fine choice. The six light modes are great and should make your presence known to drivers and other bikers coming from behind. Long battery life (time depends upon the light mode selected) is a plus and is easily removed and charged with a usb-c cord. A 'green' fully charge indicator is helpful. Mounts to install on the seat post or saddle rail are included, although, weirdly, the saddle rail install requires the zip ties provided. They could have done a bit better with this. The waterproof rating is IP65 which should cover any sort of rainfall (up to a deluge) that you may find yourself in. This is better than several other rear bike lights that I've reviewed and is definitely a plus. Comes with a small manual that has several small'ish installation photos. All in all, a very good light at a very reasonable price that is definitely worthy considering if you're looking for a safety light.

impressed with battery life of unit, park bike and come back hours and hours later still going.. fast recharge. nice and bright..

Bought because I a wide seat post style bike and other bike lights don't fit to the back of my bike. This is perfect as it attaches under the seat. Great functions and brightness too.
