Love the taste
I drink this tea nightly. It has a really good flavor and it relaxes me just enough before bed. The flavor is not very strong so if you want something strong stronger than you will have to double up. Or have less water. But I like it just the way it is. It’s one of the better tasting sleep teas

Effective and Delicious
This tea should come with a warning haha. Normally, melatonin does not do anything for me. I ordered this tea and it came in the morning. I was curious on how it tasted so I brewed myself a cup at 10:00am. By 10:30am, I was struggling to keep myself awake. I did have a busy day but the entire day, I was fighting to keep my eyes open. When I finally returned home, I decided to take a nap. This tea had me out for three whole hours in the middle of the day. I also love how it tastes, there’s a perfect balance of chamomile, cinnamon, and vanilla. None of the notes overpower each other. I would definitely buy again and recommend this to those whom need a little assistance falling asleep at night.

sleeping sound
I never write reviews on food or beverage but this one I had to share. Sleep is not something that I do well ,most nights up at least once if not twice . A full nights sleep has been in the past until I tried this tea. I can't believe the I sleep through the night every time I drink a cup of this blend . I have taken melatonin in the past and it has done nothing , but in this blend , it really works and the flavor is soothing and delish ...

Effective, but odd tasting.
This is the high quality tea I have come to expect from Twinings. It smells lovely, but I have to say it has a very odd flavor. That said, it really works. It is wonderful when I am having a hard time sleeping. I drink a cup, I relax, and I stay asleep for a good 6 hours. Heavenly for someone who is used to waking up every 2 to 3 hours. It isn’t the cheapest tea on the market, but it’s a good buy if you value a good night’s sleep!

Strongly recommend
I have tried many things Melatonin, but this right here is the only thing that could knock me right out. The flavor is a bit medicinal I admit, but it works very well. It's strong and puts you in a state of tranquility.
