This patch is awesome. It has an iron on velcro patch, or you can just velcro it to a soft surface that will work with the abrasive side of velcro. We stick it at random places around the house, even on random clothing that work with velcro. We are saving the patch portion for a future item and trying not to use at this moment.The quality is top notch, durable and resilient. It will not be bothered by any weather. It may dry out and crack if left in the hot sun though, so don't leave it outside in direct sunlight, especially on a hot day.

This menacing chick is adorable! Seems like all morale patches are rather aggressive in design, but coming from roots in the military, I guess that is par for the course. It is made of high-quality rubber with good Velcro on the back, and it sticks to my bag really well.
