GPS works well
Functionality of this watch is great!!!! The gps was slightly off but when I adjusted it its has remained accurate. The plan is only $10 per month and I love that I can check in on him and know exactly where he is in the neighborhood. My son had a small wrist so I don't like the way the band fits and that it can't be substituted. I was pleasantly surprised that when his band needed to be replaced there was no charge. I bought this because a neighbor's kid had one but now that kid's watch doesn't work. I hope this one isn't next. Time will tell

Better than we were expecting
Awesome watch feels sturdy and higher quality than other kid watches we have tried like the Timex kids watch and the app is so much better and easier to use and setup also offers more parental control options and it was extremely easy to add to our at&t account than I was expecting and not to mention not many kids watches have video calling it was definitely worth getting very pleased with it

Cracked screen within days
Seems like a nice watch, works well, tracks location well but my 9 year old cracked the screen within a few days... For something this expensive that is supposedly for kids, this is unacceptable. Customer support said they could fix it but the cost of shipping it back to them and the repair bill was about the same as buying another. Too much.
