I’ve always had neck and shoulder pain in the morning from poor pillows I’ve slept on in the past and was initially skeptical of this pillow as I’ve been disappointed with foam pillows before but I was pleasantly surprised by this pillow.It didn’t completely get rid of my neck pain overnight, but I notice it has been lessening overtime and my neck and shoulders crack less than they normally do.

This pillow definitely stays cool which is great however I was looking for something with neck support the cradled my head. At first this pillow seemed great. It was so soft and squishy and cool however I felt like my chin was in my chest all night. it supposed my neck but my head was at a weird angle where I wish it would allow my head to lean back more. Not a good pillow for side sleepers but of you are just looking for a colling pillow that is soft then this will be good for you

This pillow feels just like my cooling blanket as its made of the Arc-chill cool tech fabric, somehow it is actually cool. I like that the cover is easily removed to machine was it as I have tried a different cooling pillow but you have to use your own pillow case and it doesn't feel cool then. The cover is smooth and very relaxing. I will say it is not really a pillow you'd use if you need to stack pillows to sleep. If you prefer just one pillow, this pillow will be great. It is easy to put my arm under it to sleep as my head and arm just soak right into the foam.

For the first 3 weeks, this pillow was fantastic. And then it started to go flat.

I’m very picky about my pillows, and have been using this one for a few months now, and it’s officially my favorite pillow of the many I bought. Keeps me comfortable and cool though out the night and do not wake up with neck pain anymore! Highly recommend!
