I enjoy a cold plunge from time to time. But in the middle of the summer this can be tricky without either a $4000 cold plunge or a lot of ice. These bags help out on the latter. Simple bags that fill easily enough with a large mouth cap, I filled all 3 & they quickly froze overnight in my deep freeze. Once cold, we have a 110-gallon tub that we like to plunge in, and this took the temp down 20 degrees easily in 30m. When I'm done, they can dry off for a bit before going back into the deep freeze for next time. Only caveat is the fact they are big. If you don't have a deep freeze with lots of space, this may be an issue. And if you've got your freezer full of meat, these don't stack well around what little space you might have. But aside from that, this will help you get your cold shock proteins going!

Great work around for purchasing bags of ice for cold plunge! If you have the freezer space this is definitely a game changer. No waste, just put the bags back in the freezer following your plunge to refreeze. Recommend placing the bags in the water for at least 1hr prior to your plunge so the water can get cold. Lastly, used ice bricks (6-silicone molds) just prior to Entering the tub to get it as cold as possible

I filled these up and froze them in my deep freezer. For the first time yesterday, I put them in my cold plunge (delayed using them due to surgery). 2 out of the 4 had holes in them! So disappointed. Do not buy these, save your money!

I mean they worked if you mean I filled them with water put them in the freezer and they froze? But sheesh they take up the whole freezer and they don’t really cool the water down much at all. Not worth it if your purpose for them is ICE baths.
