The lid is not wooden. It's plastic with wood like colour.
Just received my order half an hour back. Overall it's ok but I'm very much disappointed by the description of the product mentioned on the page. The lid is mentioned as wooden but it's actually made of plastic with wood like colour in reality. I was not expecting this. Very disappointing.
