Beware of the missing connector dilemma
I bought 13 units of these after seeing a good deal on each unit. Turns out some are too good to be true. They donโt come with the removable door connector. I tried multiple screws that were suggested by these the instructions and I am yet to find one that comes off after unscrewing.I tried reaching out for help and the only option they give is a return. No technical support is available. If anyone is interested, the product I ordered is a 22 inch length by 4 inch high unit. Donโt go by these measurements as they are slightly small and maybe they ment the final one after all is setup.

Missing Iteam
Hi I have ordered 1 sets of tandem of 4in. I received the products and all looks good but the front door connector clips were missing. Without that it was no use. Plz make sure all Iteam should be there before opening the box . Luckily my Carpentor check and inform me to returned it. It got returned but waiting for money to be credited.
