This waist trimmer is brilliant! I was so eager to get going with this and opened it straight away and wrapped it round myself. I only stood and washed a few pots in the sink and when I took it off 15 minutes later my stomach was sweaty as! I bought this to wear whilst out running so can imagine I'll be sweating more the higher level of exercise I do! The belt is a secure fit and is not visible under clothing, even with a thin vest top i was wearing over it. Also good support if you've an achy lower back like mine. Very good quality item at a decent price. Can't fault it at all good stuff!

Love the belt, but it has a minor design flaw, especially if you are small. The Velcro is the same width as the belt, so you have to align the belt perfect when fastening, otherwise the velcro sticks out and scratched you at the top or bottom. Would have been a lot better if the velcro edge was not as wide. Also, it is not designed for much curve in the figure, if the top of the belt was shorter than the bottom if would have fitter tight all around, otherwise it leaves a gap. But, it works very well, doesn't absorb too much sweat, dried nicely and a decent support!

I bought this recently and used it for a day so far. The quality of the product is very good.I used it during a workout session and the result is that your stomach produces sweat according to how your body works so sometimes the sweat is more than at other times. also note that if tightened too much then it can affect blood circulation.Overall I think if used during exercise it can help with your weight loss and achieving a better looking stomach.As often we dwell, any weight loss program should include a well advised diet, regular exercise as well as adapting both according to your own particular body needs.Wishing everyone the best!

This is great for those who have poor posture , kept me standing upright all day .Flattens the stomach, makes you clammy which is good .Not the greatest material as you can see its wear and tear isn't good.Must workout to see actual results - ladies if you think you can just sweat and it's work - it won't !!

So I got this mainly because I was interested in the fat burning qualities of it and wanted to test it out.I have worn this while doing my work out and usually I get a sweaty back but today, I did have a band of sweat and my skin was boiling from where this was. I'm hoping this will show results quickly as I'm clearly burning fat underneath it!It's very confortable, the material is very soft and flexible. The little booklet that comes with it is nice, shows some good ab/core workouts you can do at home.It took me awhile to get it on so that it was sort of cinching my waist as well, but even if you had it on loose, you would do well with burning fat as it gets your skin warm quickly.

I've only used this twice so far but it's pretty comfy and doesn't stick in you like others I've tried. I intend wearing it daily now. I had a c-section 9 weeks ago and have major belly wobble so want to get that down. Its also really improves your overall posture which is good. Also for me it reduces pain in my hips. I was born with dislocated hips and they have recently began to be painful again. It keeps my hip bone in place and help reduce pain whilst walking around in my hips and spine. Bit like a support belt but a lot more sturdy. Only negative thing is that you do get a bulge at the top whilst wearing it but this is easily hidden under clothing. It also washes in a machine great so that has already been done. I would advise getting 2 though as you obviously can't wear it whilst it's washing. I will be purchasing another soon.

No issues with delivery.The product is perfectly packaged with no damage to the box or product.The waist belt is made from strong material and the Velcro doesn't pull off or twist when working out.I've only had this for one week but it's definitely made my an area warm up and sweat more. I only notice this when taking it off so it does not effect my workout or make me feel uncomfortable.Would highly recommend this seller and this product if you're looking for a reliable waist trimming belt.

It does helps you work up a sweat around your middle and I have seen this assist me in shifting stubborn stomach fat but the band does have an annoying habit of moving about. Understandably when you are jumping about it does all shimmy up but I don't mean that. As you wrap it, dependent on your size and how tight you like it, you end up with a piece tucked under the top layer. This likes to slide down and end up flapping about.It really does have a strong smell when you first get it, as all neoprene products do, but I had to wash it after my first use because the smell was so strong I nearly passed out.

J ai reçu la ceinture hier comme prévu ; je l ai tout de suite essayé : j avais peur qu elle ne prenne pas toute la taille mais en fait elle me va très bien ! Je peux m assoir me lever me baisser elle ne bouge pas et ne gêne pas du tout ! Je la garde toute la journée et sous les vêtements noirs elle ne se voit pas ! Elle est agréable à porter et je sens la chaleur assez rapidement. Je l enlève pour dormir car il fait trop chaud pour la supporter en cette saison d été et je remarque la sueur sur le ventre. La ceinture n occasionne pas de démangeaisons ni de gratouillis . Je suis contente de mon achat, prix très correct!

È arrivata anche un giorno prima, perfetta e utilissima. La uso praticamente sempre avendo problemi di ernia al disco e sarà ma non avverto neanche più dorlore, inoltre permette una giusta posizione anche quando ci si abbassa

I love this waist trimmer! I bought this along with warming serum to feel the burn a little more. I also do not sweat a lot when I work out, so I wanted something that gave me that affect. I did cardio for 20 mins, then an ab workout, and I was POURING sweat. I normally would not have sweated that much, but I absolutely love the way it makes me just down pour! I definitely would suggest this to anyone looking for something to help them sweat. I also love the fact that it is easy to put on. I am a taller woman, so the band is a little short from top to bottom, but I only want to get rid of my love handles, so no issue for me!!! Good luck!!
