This is absolutely perfect for matcha lattes - I like my matcha lattes just barely sweetened and this fits the bill perfectly. The powder is really fine - I always sift before using and this sifted very easily, not a lot of clumps. The back of the package contains directions but ... I made it my own way! I make my own matcha lattes all the time and the directions seemed like they wouldn't produce a strong enough taste for my preference. I usually use matcha and add sweetener so it was a bit of a guess how much of the sweetened powder to use, but I guessed well! I just made hot matcha lattes for 2 and used 12g of the sweetened matcha powder (would consider even more next time, but this was great!) sifted into a bowl, I added 60g of 150*F water and used my bamboo whisk until it was ightly frothy, then added 1.5Cups of heated whole milk, then poured into 2 cups - creamy and delicious with a light matcha flavor and just enough sweetness to count as sweetened.
