What a difference!! My 11 year old daughter plays football and has been suffering with her flat feet. These have helped her so much. They are nice and thin so don't feel like heel will slip out but I would still remove original insoles. She wants to wear them all the time and suffers if she's not wearing them. So it looks like I'm buying them for all her shoes from now on. They are pricey but with every penny in my opinion.

Product as described, they do support your feet. The only issue I have with them is even though they fit into most of my shoes my shoes then become very tight fitting. So would be better to try shoes on with these inserted before buying any new shoes! Also a bit pricey...

I bought these insoles for Doc Martens Blaire Athena sandals as sadly, they’re designed for flat feet and have absolutely zero arch support. I was going to resell them until I decided to invest in these insoles and my goodness, have they been a godsend! I can now comfortably walk around all day and stand up teaching for hours with these insoles, they’re so comfortable!

I was getting really bad heel/achilles pain in a new job where I was required to stand 90% of the time in clunky formal shoes (retail, in case anyone is wondering). These were a GAME CHANGER. Firstly, they're super low profile so they work with shoes that don't have a removable insole. Secondly, they just work. Period. They don't look like anything special but the slightly-raised heel elevates 99% of foot pain. If you balking at the price vs gel inserts etc, treat yourself on this occasion. Your feet will thank you! Pro tip: combine these with same 'fake' formal shoes e.g. echo for ultimate comfort Update 1yr on: Still really pleased with these and have bought my second pair. They do lose some of their support after a year of daily use but not enough to merit being replaced

I'm still trying these, but initial impressions are favourable. As supplied they are over size, obviously, so have to be cut to fit. Straight out of the bow I walked 45km's on mixed surfaces and found these supported my feet OK...BUT I don't think they are as comfortable as the Carbon insoles from the same manufacturer, but they are not the same kind of insole, so direct comparison is unfair. Would I buy another pair? Not at the moment.

I was worried these insoles might be bulky in my 10 year old daughter's shoes. They are super thin, hardly noticeable and hopefully are doing their job with her flat foot problem. At least her arches are supported and her feet are not turning inside as they used to. She wore them straight through the day since we received them. She didn't need a "breaking in" period, which was great. No pain whatsoever ! I do recommend that you get just half a size larger shoes if you are to buy a new pair, but these will fit into any of your shoes as long as they are comfy and not too tight in the first place. Just make sure you order the right size of insoles. Great product !

Ottimo prodotto, niente a che vedere con le altri migliaia di solette, il comfort è veramente elevato e la camminata risulta piu' leggera, molto ben fatte, si inseriscono facilmente al posto della soletta delle scarpe e nel mio caso (piede piatto) mantengono una buona stabilità e allineamento del piede durante la camminata, consigliatissime

Good construction, but blue ones suit me better, much more support, better for flat feet like mine, i need a lot of support.

I bought it for my who has a flat feet but loves playing soccer. It was thing enough to fit into soccer shoes. His pain after practices diminished, he is very happy. I am so happy to find an insole thin and strong enough to support his feet. highly recommend it and I will buy again when his size changes.
