Jaybird Tarah Pro Sweat and Waterproof Wireless Sport Headphones Mineral Blue/Jade (Renewed)

I had no idea when I bought these that they were refurbished. I knew the brand name from a previous purchase made several years ago. My last pair of Jaybird probably lasted at least 5 years before wear and tare took its toll on them.I’m usually Leary of buying refurbished stuff. But when I saw the price on these headphones I jumped at the offer not even noticing that they were refurbished.Anyways for the past couple of months I have been using them without any issues.I think they are a great value at regular price and the refurbished price was even better

I purchased these a couple weeks ago and I was hoping to have a good experience but unfortunately they have never paired and respond with either being rejected or an incorrect pin. I have not only called but emailed trying to get support from jaybird and their support is absolutely absurd and ridiculous even though I have sent them the receipt and I'm willing to give them additional information it has literally been the last couple weeks of emailing back and forth because of the nonsense and hurdles that this company makes you go through to even get support and I highly doubt there's going to be any form of support even once I finally am able to get through and personally it's it's insane that you even have to provide them with all that information because with any other appliance or earbuds or devices that I've ever had to deal with companies stand behind their products but for some reason jaybird does not do so and they do not answer the phone they only have the email option which makes it incredibly difficult to get something handled in a timely fashion so I am two weeks out with earbuds that will not work and will not pair but in addition to the frustration with just that topic there's also the issue of the battery going down even when I was trying to do a hard reset and mess with these earbuds to get them two pair within an hour it went down from fully charged to 40% which I just find insane and a waste.

Excellent condition. It looked like new. Couldn’t even tell it had been refurbished but for a sticker saying so. Works great.

This item did not work straight out of the box. It will just cut off randomly even when it’s fully charged, sometimes it won’t even connect to my Bluetooth, and sometimes it says it’s connected but no sound comes out of the headphones even on full volume.I know I bought it refurbished but c’mon… it cost almost 40 dollars and was broken when it arrive. Not happy with this product at all, it should not have been sold to a customer.

Worked great for about a month then stopped holding a charge. I would not recommend buying them as it seems hit or miss if you get a good one.Also, battery life was originally half what was advertised from the beginning which wasn’t the worst given they are refurbished and for the price.
