why cant u use this outside?

You can use it outside if you want to, but keep in mind there is no SPF protection. It’s used for indoor because it gives you instant bronzer and continues to work with your melanin to darken in your skin.

Does this streak or dye your palms

Yes, you definitely need to wash your hands thoroughly and be sure to blend really well to avoid streaks. Especially near elbows, knees, toes etc. It has very dark bronzers.

Is this for outdoor use as well or only for tanning beds?
