My product came used the toothbrush itself was all covered in dirt the whole body of the toothbrush and then there were 3 pieces of toilet paper bunched up in the box now this is serious here sending people who buy brand new merchandise stuff like this and it has actually been happening to me frequently I used to see reviews about it and thought maybe they weren't true but now I'm learning that this is actually happening so without a doubt I'm telling you to buy this toothbrush somewhere else!!!! We were upgrading from a spinbrush so this was expensive for us for the toothbrush and especially the replacement heads it's a nice upgrade charging it with a plug instead of batteries like before and having options for the speed on the toothbrush and also the timer for brushing your teeth for 2 minutes and it's nice you get 2 different toothbrush heads to see which you prefer for your own personal preferences but getting a used toothbrush just grosses me out and it's wrong I purchased a new one I was so excited about getting a better and more advanced toothbrush but so disappointed once I received it

Was skeptical if I'd like this any more than the cheaper Oral-B 1000, but it has exceeded expectations. It's quieter and gentler on the lowest setting. My only skepticism remaining is around the brush head, which is recessed in the middle. I am not sure on how thorough a job that shape does, as it feels like only the edges touch my teeth. However, I can replace with a different style head when replacement is due. Has good battery life so far. Would recommend, it is worth the money for this upgrade.

Nice and quiet. I like having 3 speeds. I don’t need a timer, but I do want to get alerts if I use too much pressure, which it does.

This toothbrush functions excellently. I don't need anything fancier - it has three different speed/pressure modes and recharges on it's base. I have a bar covering my lower teeth that is hard to clean, but this brush and it's heads do it well. This is my first electric toothbrush and I will be sticking with it as long as I can. ONLY con is that grime buildup from the brushing process can build up in both the head and the stem of the brush unit. To keep them both clean, I remove the head, rinse both parts and tap them a few times on the counter to get the debris out. I let them both dry separately, and just reconnect it when I'm ready to use it again. It may seem tedious, but it keeps everything clean in the long run.

I like the toothbrush but even though I charged it the appropriate time…like 2 days! After using it a couple days the red light comes on indicating it needs to be charged. I am returning for the same model and hope for better luck

Excellent motor and good heads give a professional feeling cleaning each time. I wouldn't worry about the mold issues others mentioned, imagine they must life in especially damp or humid regions. Only complaint is the hard slippery plastic the wand is made from. It could use some rubber grips, very easy to drop, particularly when wet. Still, a massive improvement over my previous oral b b400.

Not bad but not as good as Philips Sonicare. Had a Sonicare diamond but it has died after years of use. Read some good reviews of Oral-B but it's not as impressive as the reviews say. Doesn't clean my teeth as well as Sonicare. UPDATE: I have changed my mind on this. I actually think this is better than Sonicated. I have changed the way I brush to suit this toothbrush and I have really ended up liking it. Changing to a 5 star. Would buy again.
