These are great wrinkle patches and actually really work. Noticeable difference in my skin and smoothed decollette after wearing overnight. Good if you are side sleeper and want to try to reduce decollette wrinkles. Comfortable and hardly notice you are wearing.

I've pretty much tried all the chest wrinkle pads on Amazon, and these are definitely the best! They stick the longest and they last the longest, and I'm honestly not the best at cleaning them every night.

I have used chest pads for years. I tried every brand and this is the worse.Why?It's too thin and my wrinkles literally appeared for the first time in years because being too thin doesn't provide appropriate strength so my chest keep wrinkling up at night.The first night the hitching was so strong I had to take it off, and few nights after thatOne pad for the price of 8 cheaper ones equally made with good silicon that's also thicker and doesn't make me hitch all the time, is definitely not a good choice and a rip off.It gets dirty easily and impossible to wash being so thin and super sticky. A one month use it's way too long for one patch. They need to be replaced more often. Or made thicker... This combination is not workingso all in all I went back to my cheaper option where I get 4 for half the price and they works so good I don't see any wrinkles any more. And no hitching either

I love these medical silicone chest pads. I've been using them for over a year now. I have tried almost all the brands available here on Amazon. I have to say, the Apricot brand although, much more expensive, adheres better than the other brands. Just some advice for longer use: Do not stick them on the plastic when not in use. Keep them upright, sticky side up. I actually purchased a clear plastic case with drawers to place mine in during the day (helps to keep it dust-free). When you wash it (every 3 or 4 days, or when you notice it's losing its 'stickiness', use baby shampoo. Just a couple of drops, rinse and air dry, sticky side up. I also wear a high neck t-shirt at night to keep it in place. I am a side sleeper (34 DD). One more helpful hint: I roll up a soft pair of socks to keep between my breasts when I sleep to keep them separate and to help keep the pad in place (which is really only needed when it becomes a lot less sticky due to age. I do use the neck pad, but only during the day and around the house. It's a little uncomfortable for me at night. I am a bit claustrophobic.

As a lifelong sidesleeper hitting my mid-late 30s, I recently noticed lines creeping up on my chest. I researched different kinds of sleep bras, the pillow kind and decided to go with this product because I think it would be less intrusive than some contraption I'd have to sleep in at night. To be totally fair, the product does work. I was surprised at how uncomfortable this thing was, pulling my skin and having to readjust/secure it in the middle of the night. The reason I don't feel like I can give it a higher review is the longevity. Within about 3 weeks of use, keeping care to clean it with mild soap and water every few days it really started to lose it's adhesiveness and I'm waking up and adjusting it several times a night. That in itself is not necessarily the end of the world, but at nearly $40 for one pad that lasts for just over a month - I don't think buying this to wear nightly is economically sustainable. I will be looking for a more affordable option, possibly pairing it with a bra of some sort to keep it in place at night.

Does this product work? Yes! I was completely skeptical, but it really does do what it claims. This updated version has an improved shape that stays put better and seems to work even faster. The downside is that it still doesn't stay in place all night after the first or second application. If you sweat at all in your sleep the adhesion is broken. And let's face it, there's a big cross section between the chest-wrinkle population and the night-sweat population. That said, I still really like it and continue to use it, even though I often wake up with a burrito-shaped pad stuck to my chest in the morning. Perfect adhesion isn't 100% necessary to get benefits from it, but it does limit the results to wherever it happened to stay in place. And no matter how careful you are with it, it gets lint and fuzz stuck in it pretty quickly. I can't imagine any similar products would be any different. I keep using it, but given the short life span I'm not sure how long I'll continue to repurchase at this price point.

I have been using them for several years and they have never disappointed.
