Works well. I used it outside and let everything dry before bringing back into the house. I did not notice any particular smell when I brought the dried products inside.

Sprays evenly, I did not notice any color variation to the fabric. 2 coats applied as per instructions. Mild smell so applied outdoors, dried for 2 hours and the chairs were given a 2nd coat . I was able to cover 5 chairs with 1 can. Had to order a second can for 8 chairs. Minor spills cleaned up quickly with Guardsman Fabric Cleaner.

I normally use Scotch guard for this purpose. I have a white fabric headboard and decided to go with this instead. The spray is very effective- it is even and did not discolor the fabric. My only complaint is the smell. It has a very strong chemical odor. I made the mistake of spraying it in the evening and my husband ended up sleeping on the couch because he found the smell too overpowering. Smell was gone by morning so my advice is apply early in the day and open a window.

A must for fabric furniture etc. This product was a life saver for my white dining room chair. I was able to easily remove hair dye that accidentally landed on it with a quick scrub of a damp cloth. I recommend this for all find fabric needing protection

I got this to use on my fabric placemats and table runner because it says it is good for table linens. I did as the directions said and applied 2 light coats. I let the first coat dry about 6 hours and the second coat I left over night. As soon as you start spraying it smells like you are pouring gas on it. I just hoped it would go away when dry. So far it has been dry for a full day and I can still smell that gasoline smell on the fabric. I have now hung them up outside to air out and hope this solves it finally. I have not yet been able to use my table linens so I cannot yet say how well this protects the fabric. So far I’m not happy but I will update this review with a final conclusion later.

Easy to use. Good and even sprayer. Haven’t had an incident to prove if it works. Used it on fabric dining chairs. No marks left, dried quickly. Low odor.

It has a warning that the product contain chemicals that cause cancer. The bottle looks like it is 20 years old, full of scratches and faded colour. Not sure it is an original product.

Have used the product on at least two occasions. Appears to work well on our original off white couch purchased in 2019. Decided to use this product on our new couch in the den.

The bottle has a warning that the product contains ingredients KNOWN to cause cancer. This warning isn't shown in their product images, isn't listed on the product page and they don't include the ingredient list on the product page either. I only found out about this once I received the product after waiting weeks. I would not recommend this product.
