As a 63 year old woman, I've tried a lot of face creams. I love the grapefruit scent and quality of this product! I will definitely be purchasing it again.

Doesn't do what it says it does. Smells like urine, not "orange" scented like the container says, too cheap maybe, not worth the hassle to send it back. Irritated my skin, it's not a 'pump" lotion bottle. Has no pump capability.

This moisturiser from LILY SADO has a delightful fruity scent to it and feels thick and heavy on the skin. This one is for the dry skin girls because it's deeply moisturising and leaves a dewy effect on the skin. :) I found it made for a nice occlusive during my daytime routine but please keep in mind that this is vitamin C and very heavy so make sure you apply this at the last step. It smells very fruity so people who don't like smells may dislike this cream a lot. Oily-skin girls also may hate this cream as it is not made for them. Please perform a patch test if you're sensitive to actives as C can be irritating sometimes. After using this for two weeks, my face looks bright and dewy so I really like this a lot. It does a good job of moisturising thirsty skin while improving my dull areas. If you like the dewy look and have thirsty skin, this is definitely for you! The price is pretty good for under $20 so I'd say this is worth the asking cost. :)

This is a very nice facial lotion with a pleasant orange scent. It is a pink thin cream that is very easy to spread. An obvious effect is moisturization to the skin. It also has a slightly tight feeling sometimes after being absorbed. I guess that is from the effect of rice extracts. Although it didn’t say which peptide is being used, it may work with other nice ingredient, like vitamin C, E, to nourish the skin. The container is also good looking. Its color imitates the color of an orange. This is a very nice product.

This product arrives in a box that is sealed. There are directions for use & the ingredients are listed. The jar is a pretty orange color but the jar is smaller than I expected. The lotion is rich & creamy and a little bit goes a long way. It goes on smoothly & makes my skin feel very moisturized. I have sensitive skin and I've never used a vitamin c product before so I am taking it slow, but so far, so good. As for the scent, I expected it to smell like citrus, oranges... but as I soon as I opened the jar I detected a peach smell. Although I'm not real big on scented products, this scent is unexpectedly rather nice.

I was in need of an everyday moisturizer so found myself ordering this Citrus Kiss Vitamin Moisturizer by Lily Sado. It has my go-to ingredients for well hydrated skin, including peptides, sodium hyaluronate and rice water. This moisturizer has a very nice light scent and goes on silky smooth. It was fully absorbed within minutes and left no detectable residue on my skin. When I read all of the ingredients the realization hit... It dries (or "absorbs") quickly because the 4th ingredient in this formulation is cetearyl alcohol. And the reason it feels so silky and leaves the face feeling slickly smooth yet dry, is because it contains dimethicone, which is a silicone that leaves a seal on your skin. It will keep moisture in but it will also keep undesirable things like bacteria next to your skin, which can cause blemishes. And will, if I'm using it. Silicones are classified as "poorly biodegradable" and environmentally harmful. Carbomer is another ingredient that I try to avoid. It's used to improve the texture and consistency but contains microplastics and is considered "poorly biodegradable". In the end, my complexion will not appreciate continued use of products with silicones in them. Not only can I not use this product but I cannot recommend it to anybody who is environmentally conscious.

Rice water, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin C in a vegan, cruelty free formula = awesome. Claims to last for 12 months which is nice for a vitamin C based product. I've been sharing this jar with my partner. I have large pores, heavily textured combination skin and he has oily skin and it seems to work on both of us. No irritation or redness. Doesn't appear to cause breakouts the next day. Although I can feel this sitting on my skin at night, it's not sticky. I have not tried to wear makeup over this because I apply it at night. The only thing we're not a fan of is that the product scent is very strong. It's a pleasant, pez-candy type of sweet citrus but I wish there wasn't any scent at all. If you like your moisturizer on the thick but not heavy side, this is not a bad value.

I had high hopes for this moisturizer but unfortunately it fails. Some of the ingredients are just not good to use on your face especially if you are prone to breakouts and don't want artificial dyes on your face. Why? Why would you add dyes to a face cream? It's so unnecessary!! Even with the dyes I gave it a shot so I could leave a review of the product as a face cream. The first thing I noticed is the scent. It's STRONG! I could smell it before even opening the jar. If you're a big fan of citrus scented creams then you might like it. It has a very strong artificial citrus scent that lasts for hours. I actually don't mind the smell that much but some people might. The cream does have an expiration date stamped clearly on the box which I think is important for face creams but it's not on the jar itself. I don't know many people that hang on to the boxes for their face creams so it would have been much better served on the jar itself. If this is important to you then you may want to write it on the jar before throwing the box away. It has a nice creamy thickness that is easy to apply but it actually just sits on the skin. It doesn't absorb well at all. If I apply it at night before going to bed I can still feel it sitting on my face in the morning. This has caused the biggest problem for me because it almost immediately led to breakouts. This is a big no no for a face cream. While it may help to lock in moisture I can't handle the extra breakouts that result. I don't care for my face to feel sticky and it does with this cream. The final straw was the unnecessary artificial dyes. This is a no for me and I honestly don't recommend this face cream unless you don't mind the problems I have listed. There are much better vit c creams out there. I may use it on my hands just to get some use out of it but it's not worth it for the price. It amounts to an expensive hand cream for me.
