Great product, works great!

I really like this twist device. Before this, I actually used a brush which wasn’t consistent and took forever. And it dried my hair out because I would be brushing the product out at the same time I was styling. My hair length is maybe 2-3 inches for now. I will let it continue to grow much higher for fuller looking twists. The material is plastic, no surprise there. It’s easy to clean - just run it under water. As far is it being durable, it doesn’t look like you can accidentally drop it. It’s glued at the seems, not screwed. This is why I gave 4 stars and not 5. I really like this, but wish it was made better. I may be a second to travel with because if the first gets damaged, at least I have a backup. Twisting 4b/4c hair dry is ideal. Water makes this slip and your twists won’t be as pronounced. I use Paul Mitchell products (child of the 80’s lol). Depending on the day and how I feel, I use their Twist Curl cream, Awapuhi mousse or special Tea tree gel. Shampoo and conditioner are Paul Mitchell Awapuhi.

Works very well for my hair. Its a bit rough on the hands when you use it for a while but it doesnt take much for good results so its not much. Highly recommend for all my black kings out there.

This twist comb works great for me. Decided to take a break from the wave game and my barber introduced me to this twist comb. I have naturally curly hair and a sponge isn't the appropriate apparatus for my hair type. I pair this comb with a product, Uncle Jimmy's Curl Kicker and it works wonders. I wet my hair to soften then apply the Curl Kicker and use the twist comb in a clockwise configuration. I like the fact that I can easily clean the twist comb and it's small enough to fit in my back pocket. Not important to the review but as a 360 waver the fellas would compliment me and ask technique questions. But now with this twist comb "curly look" the ladies give me hella feedback.

Easy and convenient to use

Could not cope without my twist up comb!! Far less stress on my hair than the sponge which means I can use it every day if I need to. Thoroughly recommend.

I started growing my hair out a bit on the top and was using a sponge to get a nice curl. As my hair grew longer, I was finding it more and more difficult to get the sponge to do it's magic. Then, I found this comb! Other reviews talked about how it makes twists that are more like locs and that's exactly what I was looking for!! I love that I can use it any time. I ride my motorcycle often and used to have to wet my hair a bit in the bathroom at work to use my sponge to "fix" my curls... now I just use this comb (without any water) and my hair looks fly and fresh in moments. I also love that I'm not carrying around a big sponge in a plastic baggie (to keep the moisture from getting into my backpack. I love this so much, I purchased a 2nd one to leave in my backpack permanently! Ignore the greys in the photos :P

This product is amazing! It’s super light weight and easy to pack in an over night bag. It’s very well made, the metal grid is strong and seems very durable. It works true to advertising, and it doesn’t pull hair at all. I will definitely be recommending this product to everyone I know!

Love it, spikes up my hair nicely

Easy to use and gentle on hair. Hair product does not get absorbed as with twist sponge. Twist are more uniform. Would have liked to have either a smaller size racket or change strings to get smaller size twist.
