As a caregiver, my top priority when we travel is making sure my husband can breathe easily, especially in places with unpredictable air quality like Chiang Mai. The mask works well preventing dust from being inhaled when woodworking. The inside filter occasionally does not remain straight but this is a minor issue. Good mask overall.

This mask has excellent filtration. I decided to get a good mask for when I do my yard work. Before purchasing this mask I used to take allergy medication before doing my yard work and would still get messed up from the grass, dirt, and pollen blowing around. This time I tested using this mask without using allergy medication. I also did both front and back yards this time , 1 hour mowing, edging, and using the blower. Since the nose and mouth are covered, breathing does get fairly warm but absolutely not restricted. It has ear loops which are nice and the neck strap is velcro adjustable for a perfect fit. Out of the bag, a reusable storage one at that, I didn't find it having any awful smell being new. I had safety glasses on and had no fogging issues. The safety glasses stayed on, no problem at all needing to readjust them. Absolutely easy to replace the filters and for sure a great value with so many replacement filters that come with it. After settling down after the yard work, I feel great. My eyes and nose don't feel any allergy symptoms at all. This mask filtered the air I was breathing exceptionally well.

These dust masks do the job well and have been really useful for projects around the house and shop. They do a good job keeping dust out while still being breathable enough to wear for a while without feeling suffocated. I also like that they’re reusable, which makes them a lot better than constantly going through disposable masks. The color is nice and they look better than the typical plain masks you see. For the most part they’re comfortable and they don’t press down on your nose like some disposable ones do, which is a big plus. The only downside is the fit—the straps sit on the ears a little bit weird. It’s not a deal breaker though, and overall I still like them more than disposable masks.

I’ve bought similar dust masks before, but this one’s a definite upgrade. The filters are easier to swap out, and while they’re technically disposable, I’ve washed both the filters and the mask a few times with no issues (yes, I bend the rules). It blocks most dust particles and even helps a bit with smoke and paint fumes. I wouldn’t rely on it daily in a heavy-duty environment, but for general dust protection, it does the job. It’s also more comfortable than my last mask—the ear loops are better, there’s more breathing room around the nose, and the nose piece actually cinches down and stays put. Works better with glasses, though let’s be honest: in cool weather, your glasses are going to fog no matter what mask you wear. Comfortable, easy to use, strap around the back of the neck. Five stars—I’d buy them again.

Horrible design. Ear loops pull DOWN on ears, making them essentially useless. Earn loops should pull forward on ears to be functional. These have a velcro strap that go around the back of your neck and pull the mask down, such that they pull down on your nose and so if you lean your head up they are apt to come unfastened from your nose. This is very annoying when doing any sort of work.

Great slate blue color. It was nice to get a great quality mask that wasn’t black or red. Quite soft & comfortable. I like the ear loops as well as the Velcro. Using one only all the time is hard on the back of your head and ears. I like having both as it spreads the pressure. Highly recommend.

I work in an old paper mill. The air quality inside is not very good. There are some areas with there is a high concentration of mold and bad air particles. This mask is preserving my lungs. I am very grateful for it. Well worth the money! Also, the mask is easy to use, it's durable, the ear loops are comfortable and the material is strong but soft. Great product!

If there was a star PLUS I would give that rating! (Btw - first time I ever said that). Been using these for about two years. Cost, comfort, adaptability, easy to prep, comfortable to wear. Seriously I should sell these on my carpentry site. If you don’t wear a mask you feel does any sort of support for you - switch to these. The next step up is a full hazmat mask. Can’t say enough.

I’m a professional woodworker and I’ve tried several dust masks and respirators and so far the base camp ones are my favourite. They are comfortable, the material is soft and doesn’t leave a mask imprint on your face all day after you take it off. I was having trouble with the fit of this particular mask and when I wrote the company to ask for help, they were so kind and helpful in finding me ways to adjust this mask but also helped me find another of their masks that fit my face better. They are absolutely committed to customer satisfaction.
