every home owner who has an auto hose reel should have one of these, but the downer would no rawlplugs or screws other companies would supply

One of my exiting pipe guides broke after 10 years of reliable service. This is a well made and solid replacement.

When installed close to the hose reel, prevents the usual twisting when unravelling, and also when winding back in again. so simple and effective.

Sturdily made. Does it's job as expected. Though I would have prefered its back to be securly fixed flat, and against the wall. it seems as if it should be actually fixed to the corner of the wall? No matter. Job done. Fixed using washers on each screw.We now have no more problems with the hose pipe running wrong. I knocked off a point, because the holes screw fitting were not done well enough (for me). Holes being off-set, and a little fragile for the screws. As (for me), the task it has to perform, relys on the 'item to wall strength' and grip, due to the force applied via the strong pulling of the hose pipe which is filled with water. Delivery, packaging, and service were good!

Really useful for getting your hose around corners and stop’s wear and tear on the hose.

Not used yet but looks very good material no probs

perfect for what i wanted as i have a huge hose and it has to go round a corner and this works perfect

Very prompt service. Fixed it to a straight roughcast wall (not on a corner), I have another one for that purpose.Only some difficulty getting holes in wall drilled in correct position due to it being roughcast. Took hammer to the areas of contact to flatten it a bit. That helped.Would have been 5 star but no screws or rawlplugs provided, so had to rummage for them. They do not say they are provided, but they should provide them as an option for a small extra charge.
