What type of water should I use?

We recommend using distilled water for optimal performance, especially if you live in an area with hard water.

Can I use a cleaning solution mixed with the water?

Using any cleaning solution in the water tank is not recommended, as the chemicals may become harmful under high temperatures and may damage components of the tool.

With the 4.0Ah PowerShare battery (not included with WX770L.9), the runtime is 16 minutes.

How should I clean and maintain the steam cleaner?

Use distilled water instead of tap water to prevent scaling in the tank. Use the citric acid provided to fully clean it every 3 – 6 months. Check the instruction manual for more details.

What should I do if the tool won't turn on after not being used for a long time?

If the tool won't turn on after a long period of disuse, try turning it on multiple times. It will work normally.
