Abundant minerals with no bad taste.
I’ve been searching for shilajit and trace minerals for some time now. This fulvic acid & humid acid complex seems to be what I have been looking for. The taste is minimal, but the amounts of minerals are abundant! I believe I will stay with this for a long time. I even sent a bottle to my brother.

Taste bad.
Doesn't taste at all but mix it with Gatorade for sure. I've also felt a little pick me up.

The taste is terrible, I can’t even get it down, I know it has amazing properties but I just cannot!!! I buy one from natural grocers and it has zero taste… if you can get past the taste I’m sure it’s a great product! Just a warning!!! I don’t even think you could mix something with this to mask the taste:( I can’t use it:(

Constipation after taking it.
I'm sure it does what it says it does, I felt a lot of gas and constipation, so I stopped taking it. Plus, I took it at night and had problems sleeping. But, this may just be my system. It may work great for other people. I do wish that they explained better what the benefits are.

Gut Health
OK. I'm not going to say that this is a miracle product but since the end of my first bottle, I've been feeling better. My acid reflux is gone. If I bend over to pick something up, I don't get that acid taste in my throat. I don't know what else to attribute this improvement to so I'll just keep taking 1 capsule per day of this product.

Great fulvic Humic acid reserved in glass amber color which keeps it fresher very strong about the strongest on the market I'm going to buy again.

Taste was bad
Not to my surprise this product tasted pretty bad. It wont be for everyone. Only buy this if you truly believe in the benefits. Other than that im sure its a great product. I personally would have it more consistently if it tasted better.
