MeacoDry Arete® Two 12L Smart Dehumidifier & HEPA H13 Air Purifier

Really impressed with the MeacoDry Arete Two 12L. It quickly brings humidity down and makes a big difference with condensation. The laundry mode is excellent and noticeably speeds up drying clothes indoors.It’s surprisingly quiet and cheap to run, so we’re happy leaving it on auto most of the time. The display is clear and easy to use, and the HEPA filter is a nice bonus for improving air quality.The app is good and I can control the unit with ease, the app also lets you know when the water collection needs emptied which I easy and quick to do.Overall, a solid, well-built dehumidifier that does exactly what it promises. Would happily recommend.

I am extremely satisfied with the MeacoDry Arete Two 12L. It is a perfect product and performs exactly as stated in the product description. It is incredibly efficient at clearing condensation, stopping dampness, and lowering the humidity levels in my home very quickly.The smart features and the display are clear and easy to navigate. It does the job wonderfully. I dry my clothes in less than a day. Large water tank, quiet and very powerful. The app is easy to use. No more mould. Best purchase in years!

Edit after a few months of use:Wow! After trying several dehumidifiers across different price ranges and sizes, this one has completely exceeded my expectations. It runs quietly, and the added bonus of air purification is absolutely fantastic. I’m genuinely so pleased with it and would definitely recommend it.The app connectivity is excellent too – it makes controlling the unit so much easier. One improvement I’d love to see is a notification when the water tank is full, as I haven’t managed to get that working yet. If you’re house is quite humid , don’t shy to buy a bigger tank capacity, if you don’t want to use the hose draining function.This is by far the best dehumidifier I’ve ever owned. It extracts around 2 litres of water in 24 hours and has made a huge difference to the air quality in our home. It feels much fresher to breathe, and even our cats seem more comfortable with the improved humidity and purified air which is especially important in the damp climate of northern England.I’m honestly so satisfied with this product I couldn’t recommend it more. ( I’m not being bias) It’s absolutely worth the money!

A few users online report similar frustrations.It might not completely eliminate high humidity in larger spaces on its own — in a big open plan you may need a bigger unit or doors closed to each room.**Bottom line:For a 12L unit, this strikes a great balance of performance, features, and low running cost. It’s not magic — dehumidifiers have limits — but for everyday damp problems and laundry drying it’s one of the better smart options I’ve used. Great dehumidifier. The MeacoDry works really well and noticeably improves air quality in the house. It quickly removes excess moisture and helps prevent damp, condensation, and that stuffy feeling in rooms. It’s quiet, easy to use, and very efficient even in larger spaces. Since using it, the home feels much fresher and more comfortable. One of the best purchases I’ve made for improving indoor air.

Works continuously since we got it few months ago. It’s very good and silent. Easy to maneouver as it has wheels. We have a teo bedroom flat and it is enough for us. Since then there’s no mould. A good value for money.

Laundry program is 10/10, my clothes got dry within 3-4 hours. Im so happy with this purchase!

I've been using Meaco for over 20 years - amazing machines! The Arete two is not only more silent than the one but sucks more humidity. I still have one of my old Meaco's from 13 years ago. Best machines!

I watched a lot of reviews on YouTube before deciding on this. Having used this for the recent irish winter I wanted to leave my short review. I used it for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening. I recommend downloading the Tuya app on Google play and adding the Areta to it. Works like a dream. You can even turn it on off when your not at home and you can use Alexa to work it if you have an Alexa device. No condensation on window, no damp air and no mold. Easy to empty and it looks the business too. Also the seller delivered it the next day. It is also an amazing air purifier and the laundry mode is so super handy in the winter.

The product came, and it doesn't work properly. The screen was broken. To return the item, they sent me a label, but I have to pay for the cost of returning it. That's incredible. If you have any other seller closer to you, I think it's worth ordering it there.
