This did a good job of removing different sealers on the car and did not damage the paintwork. Used it twice on the same area to really soften up the old sealer. Made the clean up easy.

It removes the sealant very well. It's a pity that the price has increased for such a small bottle.

I bought this to use underneath an automatic gearbox whilst still in the car. It did a very good job of removing the old gasket sealant from both sides. It's been a long time since I've done a similar job (last century!) and this is much better than what was around then. My only gripe would be it was a bit too runny when I was using it above my face (I had goggles etc on) so be aware.

It removes gasket, even lacquer, so be careful where you apply it. It can almost be used as a paint remover!

Was unsure about buying this due to tjer reviews, glad i did, made removing the gasket from a timing cover easy, ran out so bought another can next day.

I used it to get the baked on sump gasket off a 1980 motorbike. You can see it working as the surface bubbles. It didnt remove it all in 1 hit on mine, spray-scrape-spray-scrape, however I did definitely help It smells like oven cleaner so you need a mask if close up, I was having to lean away even in the ventilated area I was working in Would I buy again? Yes

Excellent produit !!!! ci joint une photo avant / après d'un joint de pompe à eau d'une clio 1. A utiliser avec une lame de cutter neuve, c'est tout simplement parfait.

Das Mittel wirkt besser, als die meisten Abbeizer, die im Handel sind. Zum Entfernen der originalen Klarlackschicht auf zwei Motorradgabel-Tauchrohren brauchte es nur wenige Minuten und der Lack ließ sich problemlos runterschieben. Natürlich wirkt es auch als Dichtungsentferner -wofür es eigentlich gedacht ist- bei richtiger Anwendung einwandfrei. Fazit: Vielseitig und gut. Sollte man immer im Haus haben ;-)

Produit génial ! J’ai tout essayé pour mettre au propre des plans de joint de carters moteur, sur un moteur de 10 ans. En 3 passes et donc en moins d’1 heure, c’était réglé avec ce produit. Facile à utiliser. C’est comme un gel bien dirigé.
