Delicious and delightful and low carb!
OMG!!! I was really surprised at how delicious this tasted! I didn’t even use the whole pack of baking mix and reckon I’ll use just half next time. Preparation is easy and the gorgeous aroma while it was baking was just a delight. And most importantly this is a low carb banana bread. Definitely recommend and yes it’s a bit pricey but worth it for the tasty end result. You will not be disappointed.

Nice taste
Very easy to make , im not the best baker so this was a no brainer , nice taste , abit on the expensive side , but i got to eat cake 😀 im a diabetic

Pretty decent
It’s pretty easy to make- just 3 eggs and 120g of melted butter needed. Mix those together then add the banana bread mix. Put it in a loaf tin and smooth it down, then bake for 35 mins. It caught slightly on top but that didn’t affect the taste too much. I didn’t love the smell of the kitchen after it had baked. The taste is fine but not a particularly strong banana flavour. Not hugely sweet either but that might be a good thing for some people. It’s just sweet enough for me. Texture was a bit too stodgy on the first day but much more cakey on the second day. Just be sure to store it in an airtight container. It was nice enough for what it’s meant to be and great to have as an option on Keto, but I can’t justify the spend to buy again. I liked the vanilla biscuit mix more.

Awesome banana bread - but keto
I purchased this banana bread mixture as I eat a keto diet. I fancied a sweet treat - minus the sugar! I found the mixture really easy to use, with great baking instructions to follow. The bread itself comes out nice and firm in texture. I used a loaf tin to bake it - more than big enough for me! It made a nice big loaf of banana bread! You get a lot for your money with this mixture, so value is great. Paired with a fibre syrup, it was lovely treat 😋

Easy to make banana bake
I don’t usually like Keto baked products made with almond flour. However I went in open minded and found my favourite Keto bake and my perfect way of eating it. Was so easy to make & bake and trust me I’m not cook or baker. Really can taste the banana flavour. I warmed it up for 30 seconds, served with cream, strawberries & raspberries and this was absolutely delicious!!! Great Keto pudding.
