The picture shows 0.05 sodium chloride but the description says 0.02 for the alchol free mouth wash. Which is correct?

The 18 oz bottle has 0.05% sodium fluoride. The 33 oz bottle has .02%.

Does this have alcohol in it?

It comes both ways. I use the one that has ZERO ALCOHOL at the top of the label.

Is the cap sealed in some way? I am cautious about buying things that are not sealed for safety. Thank you.

The cap has an outer protective seal around it of plastic. You should not buy this product if it is missing this outer seal as there isn't an inner seal under the cap.

This size used to have no pour measuring. squeeze bottle to get correct amount in top. last purchase not have that, had to pour into cap. discontinue?

Maybe someone had trouble squeezing the bottle or manufacturer figured it was more efficient with the measuring cap.
