I had to purchase these Nuqin plastic studs for my son’s football boots since metal studs aren’t allowed at his age level. The product is affordable and seemed like a good alternative. They fit his boots and were easy to install initially. The plastic material is safer for younger players, and the overall look is sleek and matches well with his boots. However, the main issue we ran into was that the studs tended to twist off during games and practices, even after tightening them securely. It was frustrating having to constantly check and re-tighten them, and we ended up losing a few over time. They’re okay as a temporary or budget-friendly solution, but durability and staying power could definitely be improved. Good for short-term use or light play, but if your child plays frequently or at a competitive level, you might want to consider a sturdier option.
