I have updated my review to five stars for their high level of customer service combined with the fact that I have been using my new pot and love it. Very happy with this quality purchase.I haven’t had this long enough to attest to its durability but it does seem well constructed. I like the heavy rivets. The size is perfect for me and It functions well. I would’ve given it a four or five star review if it weren’t for the dents in the bottom. I have been waiting to use it so I’m not going to bother returning it. I will probably ding up the bottom myself even more over time.

The material is considerable made for best coffee making ! Perfect for us and I am extremely happy to buy one. Just hoping this company will make a larger one and definitely I would be the first customer to buy that one larger. Other than that is really beautifully made and worth of money. So easy to make a very good coffee traditionally to have a better taste of real coffee

There is nothing fancy about this pot. It has a solidly attached handle and holds plenty of coffee, actually the one I ordered was larger than needed for two people but that's my bad. I thought the copper could have been slightly thicker to help control and hold heat longer but its not overly thin. It makes coffee as it should.

This is a very good quality, authentic product. I grew up in Europe and vacationed several times in Yugoslavia and Bulgaria where Turkish coffee is popular, and my parents bought similar pots and used them at home. They all had metal handles, which would heat up on the stove, so you had to use a towel or something to not burn your hand. This one’s handle is nice thick wood and it stays cool. The pot comes with a teeny pouch of Turkish coffee that barely makes one cup, so that wasn’t really necessary. I ordered the larger size, which I think is not too big and more practical when you have company.

This is very cute. The only thing that upset me a little is that I ordered a smaller size. Otherwise I am very happy. Makes two such small cups of coffee. Definitely recommend! Will order a larger size in the future.
