Best investment I made for sleeping
For me it have done wonders. Good for deep sleep and especially if U have work in the morning it doesn't make you over sleep. When you wake up it gives a good energy through our your morning.

This is a great product for getting minerals and magnesium. It helps us sleep better when we have a midnight mocktail before bed. The taste is great, not too strong. Dissolves fine. Taste even better over ice. The ingredients are clean. 1 scoop is all you need in 8oz of water
