I originally purchased the sample pack and had a good experience, so I went on to purchase the full size. I do not recommend this product. It does not mix well in your coffee if you add milk or cream.

Great for on the go and travel

I have just started taking this, but so far so good. It dissolves without leaving clumps in your water. There is no taste to it, so that is a plus; I don't taste a grittiness at all. I haven't noticed a change in my hair growth, but it has only been about 1/2 month since I started. I'm hoping the hair growth comes after using this collagen for a while.
