I almost gave this 4 stars because the hose nozzle is terrible. It broke so easily. The rest of the hose reel is great! It’s durable, gets the job done, and was easy to install.

I built a new deck and decided that rolls of hose hanging around was not the look I wanted. This retractable hose reel is exactly what I was looking for. The entire device feels very heavy duty, and is functionally attractive. The 1/2" reinforced hose pulls out with minimal effort, and retraction so far has always been strong and complete. I mounted it to the exterior wall with the enclosed hardware, and the swivel feature allows me to fold it back parallel to the wall when I am not using it. This item is today the same price when I bought it almost a year ago, and is an excellent value for this product. I am very glad I bought it.

Amazing, works great, easy to install!

One of the best things I ever bought! Mounted it on the side of the porch a year and a half ago, and have loved it ever since. It pulls out easily and retract every time love the nozzle that comes on it, although you could change it if you wanted to. Love the way it swivels around to whichever way you need to go no more kinking the hose trying to go to the other side of the yard. Will probably buy another one for the back!

This was purchased on a whim when I was adding an outdoor shower head on our lanai. I knew it would be convenient, but now that I've had this for 6 months or so, I can say this is a great product, well built and functions perfectly. And it looks great too!

it worked good 👍 but the sprayer had cracked and started leaking 😳 it didn't last long

After trying every version of hose from metal encased to link free to pocket hose, this is the one that gets five stars. Easy to mount, easy to use, and no hassles with kinking or spooling on a hose holder.

Good quality and works well. Convenient to have in a location that avoids having to drag a hose across the yard for watering pots and the garden.

Checked around and this is an awesome product. Easy to set up, very sturdy, works great, and good deal. This is actually better than the one at Costco, picked one up and fell off the hook within a couple hours, brought it back, very bad design flaw.

I have had the unit for 8 months now and it works well. The installation to my wall was fairly easy and when the reel is located in the wall mounting it swivels easily and the hose extends and retracts well too. Great addition to any house plus its easy to remove from the wall mount and relocate to another tap. I recommend this unit.

Great water reel !!! I was able to get rid of the plastic reel that was on the ground and replace it with this one. Recoil works very well well and i love the 180 Deg swivel to tuck out of the way. I would recommend this product.
