Good salt to use in your daily activity in the house in cooking are drinking in your water it helps to keep you hydrated instead of just drinking plain water plus it have vitamins in it.

I add this salt to my water for hydration. It tastes so good! I also use it for baking on breads and pretzels and the taste is not comparable to other brands!

I purchased this pack and found it to be an ideal seasoning for my food. It's dampness suggests it is high in magnesium which is a very important mineral for our body. I am not a fan of over processed table salt. Yuck. So even though we only cook with salt we don't get the sodium-y taste by using other forms of salt. This one is quite good. Very smooth on the tongue. I will be purchasing more. Our go-to right now is Fleur de Sel from Quebec. We may need to add this one as well. Thank you.

It’s grey in color and very coarse/damp which means it hasn’t been chemically treated to make it look shiny. The packed salt is very damp which means it’s very higher in magnesium and is already absorbing any moisture in air. Celtic salt should be used by everyone.
