Pillow is firm, but not too firm. Has substance to it. Some of these neck support pillows are fairly small, but this one is standard size. Not the best one I’ve ever used, but I definitely recommend it.

I really like everything about this pillow. I like the length a lot. For me, it's perfect. The curved part helps me to wake up without the intense pain I used to have in my neck due to improper alignment. I started out with the bigger curve, and now I'm using the smaller curve. My neck is so much better in fact, that I'm curious to see what an x-ray would show. There must be some measure of improvement since I feel so much better. It's actually helped me to turn my neck with more ease which is so important for driving too. The pillowcase does keep me a bit cooler while I'm sleeping. I wash it inside out in a laundry bag on gentle in cool water. I highly recommend it, and I would definitely purchase it again.

Good pillow, comfortable and cool. 1 problem, it doesn’t support the neck as well as it shows. I have to be intentional about how I place my neck and while I’m training myself to sleep on my back that it difficult once I fall asleep and instinct takes over.

This is a very comfortable pillow but when it comes time to wash the cover, the stingy zipper on the bottom of pillow is very difficult to zip up. It always get caught up! I would recommend a much better zipper for this product.
