Plantronics Explorer 55/50 Bluetooth Headphones, Black

This is an amazing headset. I’ve owned many headsets in the past including brands like Jabra and Motorola. I have to say that this Plantronics Explorer 55 is amazing. It fits perfectly on my ear and I forget I’m wearing it at times as it is very comfortable. The battery life is phenomenal. I’ve squeezed 11 days out of this thing with general use. It far surpasses any headset I’ve owned in the past. My only gripe would be that Siri does not work that well on it. It also requires pressing on the headset which is uncomfortable. However, I use my watch for Siri and so it’s not an issue for me if Siri does not work properly on this headset. I have a Jabra Stealth which is great for Siri but it does not fit as practically on my ear. It’s still a good headset though and I use it as my backup. I also like the fact that the Explorer 55 does not block out a large percentage of my hearing Like the Jabra Eclipse I own. The Jabra Eclipse eliminates an ear hook by using a bullet gel to attach to the ear. As a result, it blocks out a lot of my hearing and I find this a nuisance. I tend to use my Jabra Eclipse for listening to media on my iPad when I’m in public. I am very impressed with the Plantronics and it’s probably the best headset I’ve used. If the voice assistant feature is not a big deal for you then this is the headset to strongly consider.

This little thing is fab fab fab, I have used a number of headset over the years and this is by far the best I've used - I am out of this office all the time and this is fabulous for outdoor use - sound quality is great and people on the other end can hear me fine most of the time, unless I'm in a very noisy environment ie near a building site or in middle of busy town - battery is generally good, I tend to charge it twice a week - BT connection is solid and I have it paired to two phones at the same time, work phone and personal - seamless connection - the plastic ear hook, it's more solid than it look - been using mine daily for about six months now and it's still intact, the down side, if it snaps, I don't think I can get replacement for it, so I'm careful when putting it on/off - price wise, I paid just under £19 for it, one of the best bang per buck headset around

I have researched bluetooth headsets and I found this to be the best in terms of price, battery life and comfort. Its all very well made and does not feel or look cheap. I had the same one previously but I lost it and hence ordered another one. I have had other headsets from other companies but they were not as good as this. The most important thing is the 11hr battery life and it charges very quickly - less then 30mins for a full charge. It also holds its charge very well when not in use. Only gripe is the volume - could be slightly louder as when you have car windows open, background noise can be heard. However its still can be heard so dont let this stop you! I will recommend this product to friends and family.

I had tried and returned 5 of these bluetooth headsets for one reason or another. This one is really good. It's well built and the sound is excellent both ways. People don't know I am using it. It's very light and I forget I am even wearing it after a minute or so. The battery life is very good and it gives me 2-3 days of few hours of use every day and I hardly turn it off. The range is close to 10 meters from the phone. Coupling is instantaneous. Also, it charges much faster than advertised. Noise reduction outside the house is good even in high wind. I have not tried any of the more expensive models but I doubt it if they are much better than this one.

Extremely comfortable strong connection to various devices, two at a time if you want. audio is fine this will depend on the type of connection your calling, but overall decent and loud enough for me, works as describedDisclaimer, "I paid for this myself", either during a lightning deal or full price

Nothing else sets in my ears but this one has proven me wrong. I have had this for about a year now and no complains at all. Sound quality very clear, connectivity excellent, easy to use (though need to get used to it initially for some), talk time minimum 9 hrs.( it says 11 hours), it can produce 11 hrs also dependant on how we use it. Price is decent for all these qualities. Thank you
