The performance of this primer is disappointing. It does not stay matte for more than an hour or two. It also does not work well with any of my foundations. I find that when I try to apply a liquid or cream foundation over this primer it cakes up and does not smooth out as it should. I have also tried this primer with my airbrush foundation and find that after a couple of hours my face is an oil slick and my foundation is melting off. This primer is probably great if you have awesome skin with no flaws or redness and just want to use it as a sunscreen & light matifier.

This is a good product but does not go well under foundation. Once you apply this product, foundation will not spread evenly. I only use it now over foundation to control shine during the day.

Works a little bit for me. Better than most but still not enough to handle my extremely oily skin.

This is really great stuff. If you rub it after it dries it starts to look a little powdery. The only issue I have with this stuff is that you can't put makeup over it without caking up. So it's best to apply this after your foundation.

I'm a cosmetologist so I have access to a lot of beauty products. I started breaking out in my early 20's. For the last 6 months I have used coconut oil as a moisturizer after cleansing, after a 4 week adjustment period my skin has never been better. I have oily skin naturally, adding the oil back to skin keeps the body from over producing pull to compensate for stripping the skin of natural oils using cleanser. Since I don't wear makeup on a daily basis, I'm pretty shiny. I'm always looking g or matte-ing products. Most I've tried leave my skin dry or tight. I'm really liking this product. I only have used it 2 days, only in the am about an hour after I moisturize with oil. I'll update when I've used it longer, anything that helps shrink pores needs time and consistency to work, I haven't noticed a difference yet. I'm also going to try it as a makeup primer, see what happens. Just for the matte affect I'm loving this product. Over many years I've received so much free product from distributors I give most away to clients, since I don't have time to use it all our is not for my hair/skin type. I did receive this at a discount, but it in no way affects my review. I've received free products that I've disliked. The discount in no way affects my opinion.

I am absolutely amazed at how well this is for oily skin!!! My makeup is usually one big oily mess a couple of hours in to having it on with some foundations I wear but with this on I get a few more hours of wear without it looking bad. It also helps very much with pores, it is almost like a primer really. I have not been using a primer since I received this, I just moisturize, then apply this and makeup. I also use another product from this company and so far I have had no breakouts or skin irritations, both products have done exactly what they claim to do, I am very happy with the results and will be ordering this one again, for sure. The only complaint is the bottle is small but it does not take much so it should last awhile. I received this product at a discount or free for my honest and unbiased review..

This is a great product. It applies smoothly with no fragrance. My face is very oily, and my makeup has worn off by lunch time. This anti-shine gel helped my makeup stay on all day! I was very impressed! I received this product at a discount for my honest review. I recommend this product for people who have issues with oily skin! You can wear it alone, under your makeup, or on top of your makeup. I really like it.
