Royal Therapy Travel Memory Foam Cervical Pillow – Contour Pillow for Neck and Shoulder Pain

I have struggled with falling asleep my whole life, but for the last few months I've been tossing and turning into the early hours of the morning. I could not find a comfortable position for my head with any combination of the pillows I already owned. I struggled from overheating from the tossing and turning and stress from sleeplessness. Even when completely exhausted, I could not fall asleep easily. I've had this pillow for around a week and I've been able to fall asleep much faster. What used to take hours now takes on average maybe 15-30 minutes. My head and neck finally feel like they're in a comfortable position and I don't feel the need to toss and turn and rotate in my bed like a rotisserie chicken. In my experience this pillow is firm but not too firm, feels soft and cozy as you're laying your head on it but gives support. I am highly enjoying it without modifying the thickness. It did not arrive with an odor. The queen size is slightly smaller than your typical pillow, but I don't think it needs to be any bigger for the purpose it fulfills. I would recommend this pillow to anyone encountering the same discomfort I was experiencing and consider it an excellent product.

I purchased this Memory Foam Cervical Pillow two days ago and have used it for two nights so far. I have to say, I am extremely impressed with the results. I've been dealing with pain on the right side of my neck, and after just two nights, I can already feel the discomfort beginning to diminish. I also noticed that my back doesn't feel nearly as stiff when I wake up in the morning. The pillow provides excellent support for my neck and shoulders while sleeping, and it has been very comfortable as a side sleeper. For around $100, I believe it is well worth the investment. Based on my experience so far, I highly recommend this pillow to anyone dealing with neck pain, shoulder discomfort, or morning stiffness. It's one of the best sleep-related purchases I've made.

I love this pillow! I've tried a lot of memory foam and tufted pillows and after reading a lot of reviews, I'm really glad I made the purchase. It's been months and it's still feeling like I just bought it and form but not too firm. The curve on the pillow feels natural and it'd my favorite sleeping pillow.

This pillow has to be one of the best pillows I have ever purchased before. I am someone who has always been looking the perfect pillow for myself for years, but had never been able to find one. Last night was my first night sleeping with the pillow, and I have never woken up more rested in my life. No pain, no soreness, and a deep lasting sleep throughout the night. The only reason this is not a 5 star review from me is I am normally a stomach sleeper, and I cannot say this is the best pillow for that. I am quite impressed with this pillow, and when the time comes for another I will be back!

Comfortable and soft. Worth the price

I’ve been extremely happy with this pillow. The adjustable memory foam design made it easy to customize the height to fit my sleeping position, and the instructions were simple to follow. After a few nights of use, I noticed better neck support and woke up feeling more rested with less stiffness. The pillow feels high quality, holds its shape well, and provides a great balance between softness and support. I also appreciate the removable foam layers, which make it easy to find the perfect fit. Overall, this has been one of the most comfortable pillows I’ve owned, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their sleep quality.

I unwrapped the pillow and it is actually a great shape, firmness and quality. The chemical smell however was overwhelming. I am sensitive to these kinds of smells and I even contemplated airing it out somewhere for awhile but the smell was so strong that I quickly wrapped it back up, taped it closed and put it in the other room until I can return it and I can still smell it hours later from when it was open in here for about 5 minutes.

A bit of background here, as I think it's relevant. Analytical review after: I have a minor medical condition which means if I run short of sleep for a bit, I risk having multiple days of down time to recover. I have the same responsibilities as most, keeping a career on track, keeping relationships healthy, and keeping myself in a good mindset as I navigate the seas of life. I'm a middle aged 6' 0" male, with wider shoulders than average. (No, I'm not saying this because I think I'm anything special. I just have naturally wide shoulders.) I'm a side sleeper, and have always battled keeping my neck aligned to avoid snoring, or awakening due to needing to reposition. I've been through all the sleep studies. Apnea, if present at all, is quite minor. In recent years, as I've learn more, I've gravitated to firmer, thicker pillows. Those with conventional designs helped, but didn't fully correct the sleep issues. Recently, I ordered an inexpensive contoured pillow, to test this sort of configuration. I was shocked how much this improved my sleep. My wife noted I snore less often, and am more difficult to rouse from a deep sleep. Good signs. The cheap pillow was beginning to soften a bit too much, and also was not quite tall enough. I used it with a very thin pillow underneath. Armed with all this information, I began to research premium pillows, looking for more height, and customer feedback indicating good durability. I tend to watch my budget, but I recognize the importance of good sleep, so I wasn't averse to investing a few hundred dollars if I felt it would improve my rest. I found Temper-Pedic was once considered the gold standard, but it appeared something has changed in their production process, with users noting newer pillows didn't match up to their older versions. In digging around, I found this Royal Therapy pillow. Because the max height was considerably more than the pillow I was replacing, I was concerned it may be TOO tall, so the ability to remove layers if needed was a good feature for me. I needn't have worried. This pillow feels like it was made specifically for me, though obviously it was not. I no longer need an extra pillow beneath. I do not snore when using this pillow. I do not toss and turn. If I had to nit pick, the memory foam can be just a tad warm at times, but nothing which seems to impair my sleep. After a week to allow the pillow to break in, it provides the exact same experience as it did the day it arrived. It supports the void between my shoulder and head, keeping my neck and spine aligned, while my head is comfortable. Nothing but sleep, blissful sleep, to allow my body to recover as needed from the daily trials and tribulations we all experience. If I could give this six stars I would, and unless something changes with my physiology or the manufacturing of this pillow, I know where I'll be procuring the replacement, when this one wears out. Great stuff, and a very happy camper here.

Great pillow, adjustable height, on the softer side tho, I would love it more if it would be more hard

This is an amazing pillow. I’m mostly a side sleeper and am on the smaller side. I’ve taken out the middle layer and use the higher side for side sleeping and the lower side for back sleeping. I have tried a couple other ergonomic pillows this year (including one of a similar design) but this one was my favourite! It’s supportive enough for my neck but soft and the adjustable layers/heights are so helpful. I’ve been having some neck and upper back discomfort over the year and this pillow has really helped with supporting me through the night. It’s very comfortable. I purchased the queen sized one originally but just put in an order for the travel one as well! The price is definitely worth it. PLEASE NEVER STOP MAKING THESE!
