I really like the bike, easy to assemble but needed help with the seat, I thought was broken, I got thru to Amazon customer svc, which gave me the seller info to contact and I was able to get assistance from them directly. I sent them a video of the problem and they sent me pictures showing me how to fix it. It wasn't broken, it needed adjusting. They were very helpful, they even followed up a week later to check on how it was working. Great purchase.

I received the bike with issues. First the directions show more hardware than received separately. Upon further review many parts (screws & washers) were loosely attached in their spot. They were easy to remove and the tools received worked wonderfully. The slider parts did not fit together properly and got stuck. I sent a message explaining the concern and received a response in less than a day. I sent more correspondence and again received a response very quickly. Initially I thought the first email was going to be all I got - a more in depth “how to” video and a suggestion to lubricate the part. I was surprised to receive additional information and resolution and so swiftly. Thank you

Original Review: It was easy to put together, but I couldn't use it. When it was time to install the pedal I only found the right pedal. The left pedal was missing. UPDATE: The company contacted me and sent me the missing part right away. They even offered me a gift certificate. Great customer service, especially Jenna who followed up with the issue constantly. This spin bike is solid and worth the cost. The seat seems comfortable so far. The lowest resistance is pretty tough for me, but I guess I’ll have to get used to it. I had someone put it together for me and it took about 30 min and it was straightforward.

I always wanted to have ones of this In home because sometimes don’t have enough time to do cardio on the gym , bicycle is very good , I can easily change the intensity of the exercise with the weight adjustment that is in there , heavier and lighter, depends how I want it , very easy to use , I love that comes with small tires in the back to move the bike without no problem , weight of the bike is nothing , very light which is amazing , very resistant also , one of the best purchases if you are like me trying to build your own gym in home :) , you can not miss this !! Great price for sure !
