Likes:This is so easy to use and comes with very clear instructions. These are very comfortable and doesn’t cause any discomfort to my eyes. I’ve seen that this has been very effective to the dark spots and under eye bags. These fit perfectly and don’t sag on my face. I really do love the design of these to where I can target a specific area on my face and not have to use an entire mask. I love the different settings that it has and the current that flows through it. It really gives a great tightening effect. I also love that it comes with the cleaning rag to keep them clean after I use them. I also like the coating on the device because it is so very easy to clean after I use it.Dislikes:I don’t like that you can’t use a fast charger on it because it can cause device malfunctions but other than that I love it.

These operate as expected. When used on dry skin, it's just the red light. With serum or cream, there's pulses. It's difficult to wear glasses with these on, if you need them for vision purposes be aware. I will update with results as I continue to use it.First week: I started off nightly using the lowest setting this week. It can still be pretty intense for the lowest setting. It feels like involuntary eye twitches. After using, the muscles continue to spasm so I use it at night before bed. Immediately after use it looks as though there's some improvement. It doesn't last though, it tends to calm down back to normal through the day. Week One photos are after 7 days of use, by afternoon the next day. There's still improvement I'm seeing, but it's very minor so far.

I purchased this exactly 95 days ago…at first I liked the idea of it, but I always had the feeling that the micro current only worked on the right eye. This is because I could only feel the light “zap” on that side. Still, it was the holiday time so I didn’t think much of the problem since the red light itself worked. Well, exactly 5 days after Amazon’s a to z protection ended, this device will NO LONGER CHARGE. This, of course makes it useless. What a waste of plastic that will just end up in a landfill. This company should be ashamed of itself for selling such a low quality product that actually has the potential to be a good product. Honestly, I would not have written this if they would have offered to replace the defective device, but they don’t even have product support.
