Eye shadow ease .
This fat pencil eyeliner is my favorite go to!!! Not only is it easy to use, love the look, and the color. I also have it in brown. Have received compliments which is a plus. Colors hold up well, easy glide , blends nicely, no irritation, and will purchase again.

Excellent eyeshadow stick!
I had a pencil that was made by a lesser brand. I was looking to replace it. This color was a great match to the color! I really like this eyeshadow stick. It goes on smooth and stays where you put it. It's very creamy so it doesn't pull your eye. Nice formula. Great value.

Nice pencil
It goes on nicely and give a decent little color and sparkle. But the pink is more bronze than the bronze is. Not really pink at all honestly

Pretty and shimmery
It adds a nice shimmer to my eyes and lasts for hours. It’s better than some of the pricier ones I’ve purchased. It comes off easily! I just use a makeup remover rag.

Pretty Color
Disappointed. Tip brakes off and crumbles into pieces. Color faded off within a few hours.

So pretty
Love this eyeshadow pen! Super easy to use and it stays on longer than powdered eyeshadow. I use a brush to blend it easily.

Easy to use, but easily broken
This is one of my absolute favorite eye shadows! However this stick came broken.

Thought I would try a cream eye shadow again and glad I did. This colour blue is great, goes on easy and stays in place

Ordered the French Violet. I really like this eyeshadow stick and love the color. The stick looks gold but it's actually a smokey grey purple once applied. Very pretty and brings out the green in my eyes. It stays put and doesn't go into the creases on my older eyelids. Have tried other cream eyeshadows and this is the best one so far. I have sensitive skin and it doesn't bother my eyes at all. I will most likely order another color.

I was looking for a dupe for the Ilia shadowstick in vignette and this is seemingly the closest one. It's a nice seafoam colour, but it doesn't go on as smoothly as the Ilia, which is fair considering it's not the same product and it's a fraction of the price. Still, it does the trick!

I purchased the COVERGIRL Clean Eye Colour, Eyeshadow Sticks, Ultra Creamy Formula, Lightweight, Buildable Formula, Lasts All Day, Smudge-Proof in the shade Sky Dust 345 for around 10.47 with free shipping. I absolutely love eyeshadow sticks or crayons. Have some that are “high end” and imo crazy expensive and some that were in a clearance bin from unknown brands at the grocery store for $2.00. The vast majority I absolutely love, with the occasional disappointments. I love that they glide so smoothly onto the eyelids, blend perfectly with ease without needing any brushes just your fingertip, how the exact same shadow stick can look like three totally different ones as they easily go from sheer to concentrated to opaque, how you don’t need eye primer, when they “dry down” and set your eyeshadow is bulletproof as it’s not going anywhere aside from where it was applied and yet wash off easily, without a trace left behind. They are the ultimate easy, lazy girl, one and done, shadow and liner in one, lazy girl who still looks gorgeous dream product! And this Covergirl eyeshadow stick is all of that and more, with a wee caveat. Was looking for a shade that would bring out the colour of what I call my ocean eyes as they constantly change between blue, green, grey and mixtures of everything in between. Plus I wanted an everyday shade that can also be built up to a nighttime going out kinda look. In all honesty this is the BEST shade of any form of eyeshadow I’ve ever tried! The colour is kinda hard to explain but to me it’s a neutral taupe with hints of grey and just the right amount of shimmer (not a glitter thankfully!) that I literally cannot think of anything it would not pair well or perfectly contrast with. It makes my eyes pop! The colour of the eye vivid in a beautiful way that somehow opens the eyes making you look awake and well rested…even when you’re not. At 46 it brings a much needed youthful spark to the eyes. It applies and layers like a dream as a shadow, as a liner and an easy wing when wanted. My eyelids can sometimes be “oily” but with this product it’s not an issue. Simply swipe the lids with micellar water, let it dry, apply as little or as much needed, blend with my ring or pointing finger with ease and it sets perfectly for seemingly infinite hours without smudging, sliding, flaking or fallout…without any eye primer or concealer! To say I’m in love with this product and specific shade would be an understatement. The only negatives I’ve found are petty and inconsequential tbh. The shadow dries down FAST! which can make application tricky at first. Quickly learned to work in small areas with a little bit of eyeshadow and only apply to one eye at a time. Otherwise the product will have set on the eye that’s waiting to blended before you even get the chance. Blend or apply a small amount of eyeshadow and then keep layering until you reach the opacity you want. The only other negative is that it does not have a built in sharpener at the end which the vast majority of eyeshadow have. Don’t understand how this simple necessity was overlooked? But there are a few options to remedy this issue. You can twist the stick so just the very top is out, gently press and roll the tip on a hard surface until it’s as “sharpe and pointy” as you like but that’s kinda messy and wasteful. OR you can apply the rounded stick as is and then use a q tip (or something of your choice) wet but not dripping with micellar water to thin out or shape the product to your desired look. OR simply grab a sharpener from the end of pretty much any other eyeshadow stick to sharpen it. IMO this product and shade are literally almost perfection! This is the very first CoverGirl eyeshadow stick I’ve ever tried and after a very small learning curve I honestly cannot wait to try out more shades. It’s an overly expensive “high end” product at a drugstore price! Very highly recommended!! PS I apologize for the terrible picture lol but I was too excited to wait until tomorrow in the daylight to post this review. The picture is of the back of my hand showing the shadow in two different ways. The left has been blended out using my finger and the right is a more concentrated application with very little blending at all just using my finger. The flash really picks up the colour and shimmer on the right side where as it really didn’t hit the left side. Will try to remember to update with a better picture and review of how it’s holding up to this extremely high bar initially set in a few months.
